We are a married real estate team behind San Miguel Scene, with ties to both Mexico and the United States and more than eight years of experience helping clients navigate real estate in San Miguel de Allende. We are members of AMPI, Mexico’s national real estate association, and bring a practical, well-informed approach to buying and selling property here.

Glenn Rotton brings eight years of experience helping clients buy and sell property in San Miguel de Allende, supported by a prior 23-year career in law enforcement. Originally from Seattle, he has lived in Mexico for over twelve years and understands the realities of relocating, investing, and putting down roots here. His background has shaped a practical, detail-oriented style and a calm approach to guiding clients through complex transactions.

Kiang Chong Ovalle is originally from Chiapas and brings a deep appreciation for Mexican culture, shaped by studies in Guadalajara, Buenos Aires, and Seattle. With over eight years of real estate experience, he is known for clear communication, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to client trust. Before entering real estate, he worked on textile design projects with artisan communities in the Highlands of Chiapas, supporting traditional techniques and sustainable development.

Outside of real estate, we enjoy traveling, cycling, cooking, and spending time with our dog, Angus. Through our work and through San Miguel Scene, our focus is on building long-term relationships and helping clients feel informed, supported, and confident at every stage of the process.

If you’re considering buying or selling in San Miguel, understanding how the process works is an important next step. We’ve outlined it clearly in our step-by-step guides to buying real estate in San Miguel de Allende and selling your home in San Miguel de Allende, based on our experience working with clients through real transactions.
